The Board of Formjet, the AIM quoted alternative software vendor, today announces the resignation of Frank Lewis, non-executive director, with immediate effect.


Formjet Chairman, Lyndon Chapman, commented, "on behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Mr Lewis for his contribution to the Company during the last two and a half years and the Board wishes him well for the future."  He added, "I expect to announce additions to the Board once the new Chief Executive, Andrew Monk, has taken up his duties on 1 September 2009."

  • Formjet Innovations is the specialist distribution arm of the Formjet Group focusing on its alternative product range and associated alternative routes to market. The focus here is on creating "white label" software, targeting retail and brand leaders
