Peter Colin Murray Joy

Finance Director, Third Quad Capital Plc 

Peter qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in London in 1984 and has worked at City-based Financial Services businesses thereafter.  Initially working in the finance functions of a number of derivatives brokerage companies, he also spent time as financial controller of the investment management subsidiary of a large US bank before joining the MBO team that acquired stockbroker Astaire & Partners Limited in 1990. Following Astaire & Partners’ sale to Blue Oar Plc in 2008, Peter went on to become Finance Director of Blue Oar Plc, which was subsequently renamed Astaire Group Plc.  Peter left Astaire Group Plc at the end of 2009.

Peter joined the group on 1st February 2010 and brings strong financial discipline and an enthusiasm to help guide the company successfully through its next, transitional, phase.
