Lyndon Douglas Chapman

Lyndon Chapman commenced his career joining Cadbury Schweppes as a management trainee: he progressed through finance, production, quality control and works study before specialising in works and production management. Following a successful career with Cadbury he moved into the SME arena and has held many directorships including Managing Director of a diverse range of businesses.

He has held listed company directorships with Dean Corporation (Lupus Capital) as Operations Director, Envesta Plc as non executive before becoming Executive Chairman, leaving Envesta in 2004.

Lyndon was instrumental in the MBO/MBI of the Software Dialog that eventually formed the basis of the Formjet listing in August 2004.

Lyndon is responsible for board performance.
