Completion of acquisition of Softline Limited

As announced on 12 August 2010, TQC had agreed terms to acquire the entire issued share capital of Softline Limited (“Softline”), a leading distributor of Macintosh based software. The acquisition of Softline completed today.

As announced today, following completion of the acquisition of Softline UK Limited (“Softline”), which is expected to occur on 19 August 2010, John McCartney, the vendor of Softline, will be joining the board of TQC.

Acquisition of VSA Capital Ltd and Softline Limited

The Board is pleased to announce that TQC has acquired the entire issued share capital of VSA Capital Ltd (“VSA”) and agreed terms to acquire the entire issued share capital of Softline Limited (“Softline”), (together the “Acquisitions”)
